Alcohol, drugs, and other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden at the event venue. Any participant found violating this rule will be immediately disqualified and may be banned from future events.
Any damage to the venue or equipment by a participant will be the responsibility of the participant, and they may be held financially liable.
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. By registering, you agree to participate at your own risk and waive any claims against MightySports, event organizers, and their affiliates for injuries or damages sustained during the event.
You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by participating in the event.
It is advised that all participants have health or personal accident insurance coverage before participating in Hiscon.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward other participants, staff, and volunteers. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification from the event without a refund.
Discrimination, harassment, or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
MightySports reserves the right to capture photos and videos during the event. By participating in Hiscon, you grant MightySports permission to use images and videos that include your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not consent to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team at registration.
All content, logos, and materials related to Hiscon and MightySports are the intellectual property of MightySports. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
