HISCON, short for Healthcare Industry Sports Organization, is our latest and most ambitious initiative. It will be the first sports congregation exclusively for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, medical staff, and administrators. HISCON is designed to foster a culture of fitness and wellness throughout the healthcare industry, offering a wide range of sports events beyond cricket, such as badminton, tennis, and more.
This congregation will be a landmark event, creating an inclusive platform where healthcare professionals from various sectors can come together, compete, and build relationships, all while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
A Team shall consist not more than 15 squad members, The Playing XI shall consist of 7 Doctors & 3 Non Doctors at any given point of time. The non doctors shall be currently working with organisation they are representing .There shall be no age criteria for participation. It’s a mandate for a team to represent a Hospital or any Healthcare Institution .
Matches : Every Team gets to play minimum 4 league matches ( Night )
Doctors shall compete against the Doctors or Individuals above managerial level Positions ( GM, COO,CEO etc) & Non Doctors shall be Competing against non Doctors .
Tennis : Open (Categories: Men & Women)
Athletics : Open (Categories : Men & Women)
Cricket: Weekday Night Matches
Badminton : Sundays Day & Night
Tennis : Sunday ( Day )
